Meiré und Meiré

Meiré und Meiré has been working for German and international brands and companies for 30 years at the intersection between culture and design. Over 70 employees in Cologne develop character defining media for analog and digital communication.

As Art Director, Mike Meiré has given many important magazines an image. Neo Noto conceives, produces and publishes artistic and cultural projects. Neo Noto works both on it's own behalf and on behalf of its clients. Mike Meiré's most important editorial design projects include the business magazine brand eins, which has received multiple awards, the architectural magazine ARCH+, the redesign of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ), the contemporary culture magazine 032c as well as Dasha Zhukova's international art and fashion magazine GARAGE.

Marc Meiré manages the Strategy and Consulting divisions of Meiré und Meiré as well as its operative business processes. These include customer development as well as the guidance, consulting and qualification of company management in the areas of editorial design, culture projects, public relations, brand coding and architecture.

Brand Coding is the strategic instrument of Meiré und Meiré. It ranges from interviews and their analysis to individual guide values, a positioning with a strong objective and lays the foundations for the production of “significance”, “connection” and the “ability to lead”. Brand Coding reaches beyond pure popularity. It anchors the brand in the “Flow of Life”.

Meiré und Meiré develops magazines, newspapers, corporate and brand literature, digital media and campaigns in a distinctive style. Many works evolve from partnerships with groundbreaking photographers, stylists, illustrators, programmers, software designers and artists. Mike Meiré was presented with the Visual Leader award as part of the Lead Awards.

Communication in space, space in communication. Meiré und Meiré designs temporary architectural structures for trade fair presentations, exhibitions and installations as well as architecture for flagship stores. With their own architects or in partnership with top external offices.

At the intersection of man and machine. Meiré und Meiré designs intuitive digital systems in collaboration with software developers, technicians and customer experience experts.

Meiré und Meiré develops and carries out national and international cultural projects for brands and companies that seek increased social relevance, a stronger connection to specific target groups or more significance in sensitive markets. Meiré und Meiré has a network of art, culture and design that is as individual as it is intricately intertwined.

Meiré und Meiré develops long-term relevance for brands in media and dialogue groups: from simply conveying information to generating new content and cultural identity.

The Factory is just as much an exhibition space as it is a studio. A place of possibilities, of ideas, of production. Opened in 2003 with the STARDUST FESTIVAL initiated by Mike Meiré presenting the New York photographer and artist Mark Borthwick.
